This is an animation my brother did. I think he really has a gift!
Pineapple Express(2008) – 10/10. I always love movies that mix violence and comedy. This one is very clever and side splitting hilarious.
Wicked Lake(2008) – 1/10. Quite possibly the worst movie I’ve ever seen. The first 45 minutes is just a string of montages and then the story sucks completely. Boring!
Club Dread(2004) – 7/10. A very good horror parody that brings plenty of laughs and gore. Still, it falls short of being great.
Road to Perdition(2002) – 10/10. Perfection! This is one of the greatest films in history. A new favorite of mine.
Notorious(2009) – 6/10. It kept me interested the whole time but it was too long and I don’t think it’s good for people like me who aren’t too familiar with the life of Biggie Smalls.
Sleeper(1973) – 10/10. A new sci-fi favorite of mine. Woody Allen is great!
Minority Report(2002) – 9/10. Spielberg’s best of recent years. The movie would be perfect if it weren’t for Tom Cruise.

Observe and Report(2009) - 10/10. Perhaps my favorite Seth Rogan film so far. A perfect blend of comedy, drama and violence. Also a brilliant character study. I could have done without the gratuitous male nudity though.
X:Men Origins: Wolverine(2009) - 9/10. Other than the first film, this is my favorite X-Men movie yet. Hopefully Origins: Magneto will be as good.
The Last House on the Left(2009) - 5/10. I’ve never been a huge fan of Wes Craven’s 1972 film The Last House on the Left and I can’t say much more about the remake. Though it has some intense scenes and what I would call a better ending than the original, it doesn’t hold up very well at all.
The Spirit(2008) - 6/10. Even though I liked it much better this time than the first time I saw it, The Spirit is still uneven and sloppy. It was a nice attempt to go back to the comedic side of super hero films but it doesn’t compare to the classics.
Tropic Thunder(2008) - 10/10. A perfect war movie satire. The jokes are often and hilarious and I have to tip my hat to Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Cruise for playing stepping out of their comfort zone and playing some amazing characters.
Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed(2008) - 10/10. The critics probably hated this because it’s not a the popular view right now but they can suck it! This film is amazing in every way and Ben Stein is a fantastic host.
Tokyo Zombie(2005) - 3/10. There are some good gore scenes but this Japanese attempt at a zombie comedy is mostly boring and flat. You’ll wish you had fast forwarded through most of it.
White Noise 2: The Light(2007) – 8/10. Every once in a while, I sequel will one up its original film. White Noise 2 does just that. It is a very intense and well done flick.
Knowing(2009) – 8/10. It got bad reviews and we all know that Nicolas Cage sucks but I found a lot to enjoy with this paranoid thriller. It does take etself a bit too seriously but ultimately it’s pretty well done.
The video section is finally up so head over to see all of my videos!
Happy Easter everyone! Here is a new video and this week’s movie reviews.
Capricorn One(1978) - 6/10. I’m usually a big fan of conspiracy movies and am especially interested in space conspiracy but I couldn’t help but feel that this was overlong with not enough content to keep me interested. There are still some great scenes though.
Grandma’s Boy(2006) - 8/10. I usually agree with the critics, but Grandma’s Boy is one of those movies that I loved and they hated.
The Untouchables(1987) - 10/10. A great crime drama with amazing performances and non-stop, intense action.
Mad Max(1979) - 10/10. In my opinion, this is the greatest revenge film ever made.
Dragon Ball Evolution(2009) - 7/10. Most folks are saying that if you like the original Dragon Ball manga, you’re going to hate the new movie. Simply not true for everyone. I love the original manga and very much enjoyed the new movie. It was very nostalgic.

Tron(1982) - 8/10. A very fun and visually satisfying film. The story may be weak but the visuals make it worth it.
Darby O’Gill and the Little People(1959) - 10/10. A wonderful classic Disney film with a terrifying ending.
The Foot Fist Way(2006) - 10/10. Danny McBride’s first film is amazing. Fans of Hot Rod and Pineapple Express owe it to themselves to see this movie.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall(2008) - 7/10. Other than Drillbit Taylor, this is my least favorite of the Apatow Group’s films but it still has some great moments.
Arlington Road(1999) - 8/10. A great conspiracy movie with an insane ending!
Accepted(2006) - 8/10. Another great comedy that fans of the genre should definitely see.
The Pacifier(2005) - 4/10. Despite a few laughs, The Pacifier is a typical recent Disney film with a weak performance from Vin Diesel.
Click(2006) - 8/10. It does borrow heavily from other films but Click is a winner in my book for creating a fresh setting and keeping me laughing.
Adventureland(2009) - 10/10. The year’s best film so far, a perfect comedy.
