The Devil Times Five(1974) – 8/10. A fun piece of 70’s trash about five murderous young children. What could be more entertaining than that?
Woodstock(1970) – 9/10. Woodstock is a very enjoyable documentary that mixes music and interviews almost perfectly.
Taking Woodstock(2009) – 2/10. After seeing the original Woodstock film, I knew this wasn’t gonna be much of anything to look at. My friend took me to see it and it was a mess. The story is extremely shallow, the characters are boring and there is no music from the original festival except in the background. I would have walked out had I not gone with someone who actually enjoyed it.
The Twilight Zone – 10/10. This week, I finished watching every episode of Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone. It is the greatest writing in the history of film and better than anything ever produced. Think I’m being a little bold? Then go watch it for yourself and see if we don’t agree!
