Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade(1989) – 10/10. Another great Indy flick that never ceases to amaze me.
The Cat from Outer Space(1978) – 8/10. A fun and very cheesy B-movie from Disney that gets flack simply because it is taken too seriously. Give it a chance.
Hostel(2005) – 1/10. I tried to give it a second chance but it’s just as bad this tiime around. Eli Roth should quit.
Public Enemies(2009) – 8/10. A little overlong and shot pretty strange but pretty darn good. Depp and Bale are great and Michael Mann’s direction is fantastic.
Invaders from Mars(1953) – 9/10. A superb 50’s Sci-Fi classic. There isn’t much more to say.

Attack of the Puppet People(1958) – 7/10. This movie is usually considered one of the cheesy b-movies. While there were cheesy moments, it really was much better than I thought it would be. It doesn’t belong in the category of films like Plan 9 from Outer Space and Santa Claus Conquers the Martians.

The Brain that Wouldn’t Die(1962) – 4/10. It’s a campy and poorly done film. However, this little film was very enjoyable. I would recommend it but watch it with low expectations.

The Star Wars Holiday Special(1978) – 1/10. Perhaps you’re like me and you want to see this little film to see some of your favorite characters in different scenes. Trust me, you should rethink immediately. This is one of the worst films I’ve ever seen. It’s a complete mess and it has no right to have any connection to the original trilogy.

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom(1984) – 10/10. Most people would say that this is their least favorite film of the trilogy. It’s the exact opposite for me. There is something very creepy and sinister about it and it remains my favorite Indiana Jones film to date.

The Amazing Screw-On Head(2006) – 9/10. A really fun and well done animation that blends comedy and horror perfectly. It also has a great voice cast including Paul Giamatti.

X: The Man With the X-Ray Eyes(1963) – 10/10. A classic sci-fi flick that doesn’t get the credit it deserves. The ending is nuts!

Dumpster Baby(2000) – 1/10. Troma has once again created one of the worst films I recall seeing. They really need to stop trying.

The Village(2004) – 10/10. A brilliant and thrilling film that most people missed the point of. It’s really a shame that America is so unintelligent.
Year One(2009) – 1/10. I am 100% serious when I say that this is the worst movie I have ever seen. The story goes no where, the acting is atrocious and it made me hate actors that I have enjoyed very much in the past.
Land of the Lost(2009) – 8/10. I usually agree with the critics on everything. This is an example where I disagreed wholeheartedly. Land of the Lost is great because it’s a b-movie and it knows full well that it’s a b-movie. Will Ferrell and Danny McBride have wonderful chemistry.
Lady in the Water(2006) – 10/10. Another brilliant film from Shyamalan that the majority did not understand. You need to see it.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen(2009) – 2/10. Well, Michael Bay has done it again. Another terrible movie with no story and all special effects. I truly hope he realizes that he is a hack filmmaker and stops trying immediately.

The Violent Years(1956) – 2/10. It is written but not directed by Ed Wood. While Ed Wood’s direction was undeniably awful, it had a huge sense of fun. This film is missing just that.
The Day the Earth Stopped(2008) – 1/10. I like C. Thomas Howell, but he shouldn’t be directing. This movie is a shameless rip off and nothing else. Absolutely terrible!
Death Valley: The Revenge of Bloody Bill(2004) – 2/10. With a tagline like “the south has risen… from the dead!” you know you’re in for a miserable film. This one is great to watch and make fun of.
Martyrs(2008) – 4/10. I was told that scenes in this movie were as hard to watch as Cannibal Holocaust. This is simply not true. Martyrs is basically the french version of Hostel. While there were scenes that made me cringe, the plot is so absurd that I simply was left feeling angry at the writers.
Kindergarten Cop(1990) – 8/10. A hilarious performance but Arnold and a pretty cohesive plot make this one of my favorite comedies.
Signs(2002) – 10/10. One of my all time favorite movies. I will never understand the hate for this one. Brilliant and flawless writing.

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines(2003) – 7/10. It’s pretty good but it comes no where near the amazement of the first two films. I truly laughed out loud at some of the lines in this one.
Raiders of the Lost Ark(1981) – 10/10. The best of the Indiana Jones series and a candidate for the best adventure film ever made. Ford is terrific!
Night of the Ghouls(1959) – 8/10. A so-bad-it’s-good masterpiece. Ed Wood had no idea what he was doing but somehow it worked. The acting, story and effects are as bad as it gets. This movie is a blast.
Tall Tale(1995) – 8/10. A fun and underrated Disney film. It’s a lot of fun to watch with the whole family.

Star Wars(1977) – 10/10. Forget the special edition, the original theatrical version is the greatest version of the film. This is sci-fi gold.
Mean Streets(1973) – 8/10. A very good early film from Scorsese. Robert De Niro’s performance is supberb.
Goodfellas(1990) – 10/10. Another classic Scorsese picture. There’s something about mob movies that I love and I can’t stop watching them. This is one of the best.
Drag me to Hell(2009) – 10/10. I saw this one again and it’s just as good the second time. Everyone should be required to see it.
Five Minutes to Live(1961) – 5/10. This could have been a great movie if it wasn’t for a horrible cop-out ending. However, it’s still worth watching for Johnny Cash’s very memorable performance.
The Empire Strikes Back(1980) – 10/10. The best of the Star Wars films. A very dark and sinister film with a near perfect storyline.
The Hangover(2009) – 6/10. The Hangover is ok but doesn’t come anywhere The Apatow films. I think the biggest problem with this film is that all of the good jokes were shown in the preview. However, Mike Tyson was great!
Return of the Jedi(1983) – 10/10. The perfect final chapter of an unforgettable trilogy. It’s really too bad that the prequel trilogy can’t even compare.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day(1991) – 10/10. Most likely the greatest action movie ever to graze the silver screen. The writing, special effects and story are flawless. Very rarely does a sequel top the original but this does just that. A total classic.
The Godfather(1972) – 10/10. I don’t think it’s the greatest movie of all time like most people seem to. However, it is immaculate filmmaking and directing and is certainly one of my all time favorites.
Tower of Terror(1997) – 6/10. This is pretty much the children’s version of The Shining. However, it seems to fall apart toward the end and never reach its potential. Still much better than The Haunted Mansion film though.
The Godfather: Part II(1974) – 10/10. Hands down, the best sequel in the history of cinema. It may even top the original.
Drag me to Hell(2009) – 10/10. The best horror movie of the past two decades. It is official that Sam Raimi is back and I wholeheartedly welcome his return. I have even forgiven him for the catastrophe that was Spider-man 3.
Up(2009) – 10/10. Pixar continues to one-up itself. I think this is their best yet.
The Godfather: Part III(1990) – 7/10. It’s a mess compared to the first two films but it is still a good film that is worth watching if you’re a Godfather fan. I was let down but I don’t think it’s quite as bad as most people claim it is.

Fanboys(2009) – 8/10. Hilarious and wonderful. This is a great homage to Star Wars geeks everywhere.
Taken(2008) – 9/10. This is one very well done and acted revenge film. The beginning and the end don’t seem to fit with the rest of the movie though.
The Mist(2007) – 10/10. One of the best Stephen King adaptations so far. Very scary and disturbing.
The Hitcher(1986) – 10/10. A classic in my book. This thriller holds up perfectly to this day.
Charade(1963) – 9/10. I’ve always loved the combination of comedy and violence, this is no exception. Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn give two wonderful performances.
Terminator Salvation(2009) – 7/10. I’m being a iittle generous with this rating. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed this movie but with MCG’s directing, it was really more special effects than story.
Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian(2009) – 7/10. A pretty good sequel but it falls short of the heart of the first one.
